This modern, clean, light, bright, and very comfortable home will delight even the most discerning guest. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms (mes), a very spacious open-plan living area with well-equipped kitchen. Glass doors open the full length of the house onto a covered veranda overlooking the garden and mountain view. Quality linen and towels provided. Underfloor heating for chilly winter nights. Within easy walking distance to the Greyton nature reserve and all of the village amenities. Off-street parking for 2 – 3 cars.

 

Rates:

• R1 200 for the house per night for 2 guests.
• R150 per person thereafter up to 6 guests.
• Children between 2 – 12 R100.
• Children under 2 free of charge .
• Surcharge of R300 if staying only 1 night.

A R200 refundable damages deposit is applicable.

 

Terms: 50% deposit payable prior to arrival, in order to secure the booking. Balance payable no later than 3 days prior to arrival. Cash and internet transfers acceptable, regret no cheques, debit or credit cards.

 

Pet friendly: No
